The Registered User undertakes specifically to comply with all the terms contained in Conditions of Use and not use the website with illegal, fraudulent ends or those not expressly authorised by Conditions of Use. To this effect, the Registered User will be responsible for the legal consequences arising from non-compliance with the terms contained in the present Conditions of Use.

Termination of Services
The Public Enterprise for Management of Tourism and Sport in Andalusia can, at any time, to suspend or terminate the Social Network, without the Registered user being able claim against the Public Enterprise for Management of Tourism and Sport in Andalusia for any loss or damage.
Nullity of provisions
Should any of the provisions contained in these Conditions of Use be declared null, they will be withdrawn or replaced. In any case, this declaration of nullity will not affect the validity from other provisions contained in these Conditions of Use.
